[Wapt] Bug Accent nom du poste

Bonjour

Je viens de constater un bug

Lorsque que le nom du poste contient un accent wapt plante (en tout cas 
le http://127.0.0.1:8088)

Je n'ai pas été voir plus loin j'ai changée le nom du poste

J'ai les log si vous voulez
