le problème vient de la récupération de l'UUID (identifiant unique de la machine qui se trouve au niveau du bios). Cet appel WMI n'est utilisé seulement si l'instruction dmidecode ne fonctionne pas non plus sur la machine.
Est ce que tu peux tester la ligne de commande ci-après sur ta machine. Normalement ça devrait donner le résultat suivant (cf la ligne uuid)
C:> wmic PATH Win32_ComputerSystemProduct GET UUID,IdentifyingNumber,Name,Vendor /VALUE

Quelle est le modèle de machine? Qu'est ce que renvoie la ligne suivante? :
c:> c:\wapt\dmidecode.exe
On a déjà vu des machines sur lesquelles dmidecode ne fonctionnait pas. Par contre ça sera la première qui ne répond pas correctement à la commande WMI...
