[Wapt] Question maj serveur et agent

Si l'agent est généré lors de l'installtion du serveur Windows, il n'est 
pas nécessaire de recompiler un nouvel agent depuis la console.

L'option de créer l'agent personnalisé et le paquet waptupgrade dès 
l'installtion du serveur windows a été ajoutée en version 1.7.4. La 
documentation n'est pas précise sur le sujet ou pas à jour...
