vous pouvez lancer cela ça devrait régler le problème:

apt update && apt install tis-waptserver --reinstall

J'ai supprimé les paquet ARM du dépôt en attendant. Il y avait l'arch 
qui était hardcodé dans le deb rules des paquets deb 1.8.2 (le support 
ARMHF a été intégré assez tardivement). C'était patché dans master et la 
branche 1.9, mais pas backporté dans la branche 1.8.2... Evan fait le 
correctif et les paquets ARM seront ré-intégrés dans le foulée.
