[Wapt] Release WAPT-1.8.2-RC2

Merci.
Ok, j'ai trouvé le fameux admin.crt.

J'ai confondu c:\private et celui de wapt c:\program..\wapt\private .

Ca fonctionne, maintenant j'ai le message :

FATAL ERROR : OperationalError: attempt to write a readonly database

faut-il faire un sudo wapt-get build-upload waptdev/mon_package ?
