[Wapt] Release WAPT-1.8.2-RC2

Il problème est avec :

personal_certificate_path=/opt/wapt/ssl/admin.crt

Ici le chemin devrait être quelque chose comme ceci :

/home/user/private/mykey.crt

Et le dossier private correspond au dossier c:\private sur votre windows

 A l’intérieur vous  devez avoir admin.crt et admin.pem

Dans le dossier /opt/wapt/ssl/ vous ne devez avoir que admin.crt
