[Wapt] Release WAPT-1.8.2-RC2

Bonjour à tous,

J'essaye de créer des paquets sous Linux, mais ça ne fonctionne pas 
(enRC1 et RC2), peut-être que je m'y prends mal.

le make template à l'air de fonctionné puisqu'il me lance bien vscode.

Quand je fais la commande suivante :

  wapt-get build-upload waptdev/mon_package

J'ai le message suivant :

Using config file: /opt/wapt/wapt-get.ini
Building packages 1 packages
Personal certificate is xxx
FATAL ERROR : EWaptMissingPrivateKey: The key matching the certificate 
/opt/wapt/ssl/xxx.crt can not be found or decrypted
