[Wapt] Template tis-adobereader in another language than French?

Thanks, this was perfect documented. There is just one small detail I
must add, part off the uninstallkey seems to be different depending on
what language you use, for French you use 1036, but for Norwegian it's
1044, and probably for German it's 1031 ,I guess, at least this seems to
fit with the LCID list from here:
