L'équipe de Tranquil IT Systems a le plaisir de vous annoncer la release 
de WAPT 1.3.9. C'est une version mineure qui intègre un ensemble de 
correctifs et des nouvelles fonctions setuphelpers. Vous êtes encouragés 
à upgrader si vous avez rencontré les problèmes listés dans le 
changelog, ou si vous avez la nécessité des nouvelles fonctions 
setuphelpers.

Un grand merci à Simon et Alexandre qui ont entièrement revu et amélioré 
la documentation WAPT basée sur RST et Sphinxdoc. Elle vous attend à

retour sur la mailing list ou le forum (passage pas clair, typo, faute

* change default wapt templates URL to https://store.wapt.fr/wapt
* when upgrading, (full waptagent.exe install) remove stalled 
waptagent.exe installs
