[Wapt] Pas de boite de dialogue à l'extinction sous certains PC sous Windows 10

Bonjour,

Un ajout :

- Le script d'extinction est bien présent dans gpedit.msc. Donc je ne 
comprends pas pourquoi il ne s'exécute pas, surtout que quand je le 
lance manuellement, je vois bien la fenêtre apparaître (brièvement).
