Bonjour,
je rencontre un souci depuis peu : la moitié des machines n'installent plus les mises à jour (Flash en l’occurrence). Étrangement, des machines strictement identiques ont un comportement différent. Certaines font bien leur mise à jour mais pas les autres. Waptexit.exe lancé manuellement propose bien d'installer la mise à jour mais rien de visible à l'arrêt du système (la GPO locale est bien en place). Wapttray voit également les mises à jour à faire. La seule différence récente sur notre parc est le changement d'antivirus (Kaspersky) que j'ai soupçonné un temps mais sans certitude puisque même celui-ci désactivé, la maj ne se fait pas. Je n'ai pas trouvé de cas similaire sur le forum. Merci pour toute aide.

j'utilise kaspersky avec wapt, je n'ai pas ce problème, les seules exceptions concernent les dernières version d'IE qui intègre flash en natif et donc refuse d'installer le flashplayer du wapt (mais cela est géré par wapt comme une installation faites donc pas d'alerte dans le reporting)

Pouvez-vous nous dire l'os ?
Si les pc sont dans le domaine, est ce que avec une gpo (script d'extinction) cela fonctionne ?

est ce que vous pourriez vérifier avec gpedit.msc si il n'y a pas d'autre script à l'extinction qui ont été rajouté?
Avoir d'autres scripts configurés n'est pas un problème en soit, mais on a eu plusieurs fois des problèmes avec des scripts installés par d'autres outils [1] qui créé des GPO locales à l'extinction qui ne sont pas 100% conforme aux specs microsoft, et qui font alors planter les autres scripts.
Pour faire un test, est ce que vous pourriez supprimer toutes les scripts à l'extinction, et les recréer à la main dans l'interface gpedit.msc, et après rebooter la machine.

vous avez mis dans le mille : Kaspersky ajoute un script qui empêche le bon fonctionnement de waptexit. Une fois supprimé, tout fonctionne à nouveau ! Merci beaucoup et bravo pour cet outil qui nous simplifie la maintenance.
