En faisant une vérification générale avant la mise à jour en 1.7, je constate que j'ai énormément de logs de ce type dans mes logs Wapt :
WARNING Workaround \u0000 not handled by postgresql json for host XXXXXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXXXXXXXXX field host_info
Est-ce que c'est grave et est-ce que cela peut être corrigé ?

il y a un caractère NULL (unicode \u0000) qui est remonté dans l'inventaire par certains de tes postes clients. Le caractère \u0000 n'est pas accepté dans les VARCHAR de Postgres, WAPT les remplace donc avant de faire l'insertion en base.
Est ce que c'est grave? Non, c'est juste pas joli d'avoir des caractères NULL dans les configs de tes machines.
Est ce que l'on peut y faire quelque chose? Si c'est au niveau du matériel, on ne peut pas y faire grand chose. Si c'est un podoware qui renvoie cela, ça doit pouvoir être corrigé au niveau du podoware.
On devrait pouvoir corriger cela au niveau de l'agent avant de l'envoyer au serveur WAPT. Ca évitera le message.

Merci pour toutes ces précisions. Effectivement, je suis bien d'accord, c'est bien plus propre ainsi.
Je demandais si cela pouvait être corrigé de mon coté, mais en fait, si cela doit être corrigé au niveau de l'agent, c'est encore mieux :-) Je pense que ce sont les machines qui remontent des informations avec le caractère Null, ce sont des machines d'une même série ; du coup ce n'est pas inquiétant. C'est surtout ça dont je voulais être certain !
