En procédant à la mise à jour sous win7 de flashplayer (v20.0.0.270-1) à partir de la dernière version du packets TIS actuellement disponible (v20.0.0.306-1), j'obtiens l’erreur suivante :

Auriez-vous une idée ?

J'ai désinstallé toute les références à adobe flash sur ce PC sous windows 7 (installeur windows et WAPT). lorsque je relance l'installation du package, j'obtiens cette erreur :

Voici la solution officiel fournis par adobe pour l'erreur 1603:

L'article fait référence a sccm pour le déploiement mais le problème est identique pour wapt.
Le problème m'est arrivée une fois sur 1 poste. Je n'est pas d'explication exacte de ce comportement

J'ai testé les 2 méthodes indiquées : avec le fixIt tool ou en supprimant à la main les clefs de registres associées à Flash Player. Même résultat. Après désinstallation de Flash Player et nettoyage du registre, j'obtiens le même problème à la réinstallation via le packet tis_flashplayer 20.0.0.306-1.

Et bien merci, mon pb est résolu.
Le fait d'avoir testé à l'installation via le msi a mis en évidence un problème connu de Flash Player ("Error 1722.There is a problem with this Windows Installer package. A program run as part of the setup did not finish as expected. Contact your support personnel or package vendor. Action NewCustomAction1, location:...")
Je l'ai résolu en utilisant le désinstaller Flash Player (https://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/kb/uninstall-flash-player-windows.html), qui semble avoir fait du ménage dans la base de registre sous "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Macromedia\FlashPlayer\SafeVersions"
Maintenant l'installation via wapt fonctionne bien.

J'ai testé les 2 méthodes indiquées : avec le fixIt tool ou en supprimant à la main les clefs de registres associées à Flash Player. Même résultat. Après désinstallation de Flash Player et nettoyage du registre, j'obtiens le même problème à la réinstallation via le packet tis_flashplayer 20.0.0.306-1.

L'article fait référence a sccm pour le déploiement mais le problème est identique pour wapt.
Le problème m'est arrivée une fois sur 1 poste. Je n'est pas d'explication exacte de ce comportement

P.S.: la version actuelle de Flash Player dispo sur le site Adobe est 21.0.0.182. FF envoient des messages pour pousser les utilisateurs à la mise à jour de Flash Player .
