J'ai testé les 2 méthodes indiquées : avec le fixIt tool ou en supprimant à la main les clefs de registres associées à Flash Player. Même résultat. Après désinstallation de Flash Player et nettoyage du registre, j'obtiens le même problème à la réinstallation via le packet tis_flashplayer 20.0.0.306-1.

L'article fait référence a sccm pour le déploiement mais le problème est identique pour wapt.
Le problème m'est arrivée une fois sur 1 poste. Je n'est pas d'explication exacte de ce comportement

P.S.: la version actuelle de Flash Player dispo sur le site Adobe est 21.0.0.182. FF envoient des messages pour pousser les utilisateurs à la mise à jour de Flash Player .
