Les versions sont bien identiques entre les clients et le serveur, cela s’est produit depuis le passage à la v.2, nous sommes actuellement sur la dernière version disponible : WAPT-2.1.2.10652 Entreprise clients/serveur :

Je ne sais pas si ça peut vous aider ni si ça correspond à votre problème, mais j'ai déjà constaté ce message lorsque les versions ne sont pas identiques entre le PC de la console et le PC cible.
