[Wapt] Problème d'accents avec python

Bonjour et très bonne année à tous,

Je me retrouve devant un problème à cause de l'encodage utf-8.

J'ai besoin de désinstallé un raccourci sur le bureau. Jusque là, c'est facile. Mais le nom de ce raccourci contient un accent grave (è) :
