[Wapt] Paquet logiciel qgis-ltr

J'ai également rencontré un message d'erreur lorsque je souhaites 
"Télécharger et éditer" le paquet tis-qgis-ltr en version 3.28.5-15 pour 
Windows x64 depuis le dépôt :
