[Wapt] Lancer une commande powershell v.1 ou un cmd avec wapt

Bonjour David,
Ici nous faisons comme ceci sans rentrer dans le venv, pour ajouter des 
modules silencieusement :

run_notfatal(r'"C:\Program Files\Anaconda3\Scripts\conda.exe" install -y leModule')
